During December 7-12, 2008 I participated in a Conference on Computability, Reverse Mathematics, and Combinatorics at the Banff International Research Station in Alberta, Canada. I gave an invited 1-hour plenary talk on The Gödel Hierarchy and Reverse Mathematics. My talk was video recorded.
