During April 27-28, 2013 I and my Ph.D. students Phil Hudelson and Noopur Pathak attended and gave invited presentations in a Special Session on Computability and Complexity in Discrete and Continuous Worlds. The session was part of an AMS Sectional Meeting at Iowa State University, in Ames, Iowa.
The title of Hudelson's talk was: Strong separations and Kolmogorov complexity. His abstract and slides are available.
The title of Pathak's talk was: Schnorr randomness and the Lebesgue Differentiation Theorem. Her abstract and slides are available.
The title of my talk was: Combining basis theorems. My abstract is available. My slides are available in several formats: PDF, PS, DVI.
A list of my recent and upcoming talks is available.
